Payment Options and Policies
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your lesson times.
Validity Period: Lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase for the Starter and Standard packages, and 12 months for the Popular and Intensive packages. This gives you plenty of flexibility to schedule your lessons at a pace that suits you.
Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. You may reschedule any lesson with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from your package.
Refund Policy: If you're not satisfied after your first paid lesson, we offer a full refund, no questions asked. For unused lessons in multi-lesson packages, we provide pro-rata refunds minus a £25 administrative fee.
